Sally was born on August 5, 1945, in Waller County, Texas, to the late Arthur Williams Wyatt and Aldine Wyatt. She was raised in Waller, County, Texas and later moved to Oakhurst, Texas, then to Huntsville, Texas in 2016.

On July 17, 1967, Sally married Joe Massey Jr. in Dodge, Texas.

A devoted caregiver, Sally worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) until her retirement. She was a faithful member of Center Hill Missionary Baptist Church, where her spirit of service and love for others shone brightly.

Sally was a gifted pianist and a dedicated quilter who found joy and peace in both music and creativity. She also loved fishing and treasured time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sally's life was a testament to faith, love and family. Her kindness, quick wit, warm hugs and spiritual guidance touched everyone she knew.

Sally was proceeded in death by her beloved husband Joe Massey, Jr.: her parents Arthur and Aldine Wyatt and several brothers and sisters.

Sally leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Eva Massey of Conroe, Tx; sons Joe Massey III (Wanda) of Huntsville, TX. Gregory Bernard Massey (Traci) of Natchitoches, LA and Thomas Earl Massey of Oakhurst, TX. She is also survived by her sisters; Joyce Williams of Prairie View, Tx and brother John Eddy Wyatt (Eleanor) of Waller, Tx.

Sally is lovingly remembered by her seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
